feat: 实现了许多功能

对接了kafka
实现了preUploadFile接口
接入了SaToken的注解鉴权
为BusinessError添加了cause属性
将register接口的请求数据改为了表单
将SaToken登录用的对象改为了user本身
修改了gradle的镜像构建配置
为gradlew添加了代理配置
